Doe Lake Road – (The Road to Ryde Township)
Just east of the intersection of Doe Lake Road, Gravenhurst Parkway, and Taverner Road you will find the quilt Pinwheel Parade mounted on a granite outcropping. This marks the beginning of “The Road to Ryde” which was officially opened on May 3, 2014. Celebrations of 135 years of Ryde Township took place on Heritage Day August 16, 2014.
